“In this 2-part gait analysis, we’ll have an initial call to talk about your running experience, injury history, and what you want to accomplish in your analysis.
Then, you’ll record 2-3 videos of yourself running from different angles.
In our second call, we’ll go over the results together so you can get your questions answered and leave the session with practical, actionable tips for making running feel easier, smoother and more sustainable!”
