Gait Analysis: If you have scheduled a Gait Analysis and decide to cancel, a full refund will be issued if the analysis has not been completed and no material has been submitted for analysis. However, once the Gait Analysis call has taken place, no refund can be issued.

Running Program and Plantar Fasciitis Program: For the Running Program and Plantar Fasciitis Program, you may request a full refund if the cancellation is made within the first 48 hours of enrollment and you have not accessed any of our program materials. However, if you have accessed the program materials for more than two weeks, no refund can be given. In such cases, your subscription will be cancelled, and no further charges will be applied.

Membership Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. If you decide to cancel your membership, please contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the cancellation process. Please note that no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your membership.
